| Summary |
A clapboard one and one-half story Gothic Revival
home is built above a masonry retaining wall on Spring Street in Central
City, Colorado. It has a covered porch and an addition to its right.
The gabled roof, which has a chimney, is covered with tin and only
covers three-quarters of the house. The addition has a flat roof.
Gingerbread bargeboard decorates the eaves of the roof and a lightning
rod is attached to the front gable. The lower level of the house has
rectangular windows and the upper level has a small, rounded window.
A landing with steps coming down the side is attached to the front
porch. Weeds and other vegetation grow in the front yard. |
