Summary View of a parade on Monday, July 5, 1897, in Georgetown, Colorado, looking north on Taos Street from Fifth (5th) Street. The Empire Hook and Ladder Team float is at the corner; five firemen pull the ladder wagon holding a gazebo in which a costumed woman is seated. Landmarks include: Elliot House Hotel, Ennis House Hotel, American Hotel, the Dalgleish Photo Gallery, and the Cushman Block. An advertising poster reads: "Pyle's Pearline."
